BMO has completed a crucial phase of its wire platform replacement project EWP (Enterprise Wire Payments). As a result, the bank is now able to provide customers with a best in class U.S. wire payment processing. BMO customers benefit from significant enhancements in straight through processing (STP), currency holiday processing, real-time SWIFT debit and credit advices, real-time FX rates, data reporting and visibility into account information.
This project has enabled BMO bank to decommission a legacy system, significantly improve internal team productivity and receive excellent customer feedback.
