These partnerships are built on regular on-going engagement with clients at technical, operational, business and strategic levels, including the opportunity for clients to participate in regular advisory and special interest groups. These groups enable clients and Dovetail to share the latest market developments, regulatory changes, provide valuable input into product and solution development and share thinking on common challenges, from best practice processes to digital transformation.
The groups are operated at two levels:
- DOVETAIL INDUSTRY ADVISORY GROUP
A group of senior executives of leading Dovetail clients that convenes several times a year to discuss key payments and liquidity management topics.
- DOVETAIL SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS
Created either at the request of the Dovetail Industry Advisory Group or by recommendation of the Dovetail Executive Management Team. These are typically created for subject matter experts from ourselves and our clients to discuss, share views and provide inputs on industry specific topics. Recent Special Interest Groups have brought together experts on topics such as instant payments, PSD2, SCTinst, GPi and DevOps.
